Hi. We're testing our project using the latest .NET Core tooling. The command used is dotnet test Testing/unittest/unittest.csproj --filter category!=explicit and here are the results of a local run

Total tests: 2108. Passed: 2054. Failed: 24. Skipped: 30.
Test Run Failed.
Test execution time: 3,7456 Minutes

Interestingly, when we uploaded the output during AppVeyor build the total count is 2107 and only 6 failed tests are listed. Even more interesting is that the tests table actually does contain 2108 tests (retrieved by running [].filter.call(document.querySelector('[ng-show="tests.list.length > 0"]').childNodes, n => n.tagName == "DIV") on the tests page.

Any idea where these differences come from?
