<p>I hope I understood the problem correctly. I believe you can use <a href="https://www.appveyor.com/docs/deployment/#conditional-deployment">conditional deployment</a>. It can look like this:</p>
<pre>
<code> deploy:
- provider: Environment
name: RegionMidt - Test - Node1
...
on:
configuration: Test1
- provider: Environment
name: RegionMidt - Test - Node2
...
on:
configuration: Test2</code>
</pre>
<p>But there are also another way to look at the whole problem if you are interested. Please check <a href="https://www.appveyor.com/docs/deployment/web-deploy/#web-deploy-parametrization">Web Deploy Particularization</a> doc.</p>

I can see that Web Deploy Particularization would also work, but I want to keep my configuration in the standard transformations files used by msbuild.</p>
