<p>We enabled your account to be able to run in different environment (Google cloud engine, where VMs has more memory). Please try to set <code>APPVEYOR_BUILD_WORKER_CLOUD</code> environment variable to <code>GCE</code> and see if this helps. Note that in GCE build start is 3-4 minutes (time needed to create VM).</p>
