<p>I've adjusted <code>appveyor.yml</code> to install Bundler on
each version and is building properly now:</p>

<p>PS: Saw in the other thread that you guys are working on adding
the same mechanism to change version as Node. Please let me know if
you need help or changes to RubyInstaller to make that easier (I'm
one of the maintainers).</p>
