Can't download publish profile

Hi,

I'm trying to set up a new Azure Cloud service to be deployed from appveyor, but when I follow the link
from your docs
"To get subscription_id and subscription_certificate download publish settings and subscription for your Azure account and then grab both values from downloaded <subscription>.publishsettings XML file."

I get a "Page is not available"
Is there a new path to be followed to download the publish profile?

    Good catch! Apparently, URL was changed to a new one: https://manage.windowsazure.com/publishsettings

    I'll update docs.
