Timed out building Mono

I am trying to add a Windows CI build capability for Mono and have been making good progress with Appveyor.

I think I may just have cracked the issues with building but have now hit a 30 minute timeout issue.

Clearly Mono is a pretty complex OpenSource project (and an excellent example of what Appveyor could achieve I feel).

Given the complexity it is going to take some hours to build. Is there any way the 30 minute constraint could be relaxed to build Mono?

    Hi Alex,

Building Mono on AppVeyor sounds exciting, thanks for your efforts!

We've put you on a custom plan with 3 hours limit. It's for public repos only.

Hope that works. Let me know how it goes.

    Hi Feodor,

    Thanks for the enthusiasm :)

I think I've broken the back of the issues I've been seeing and am really enthusiastic myself that we might be able to have some Win32 CI for Mono.

Remaining work to figure out the artifact->deployment stage.

I'll kick off a build here and let you know how it goes!
