Restart git tag when pressing the restart button
Hi,
I observed a strange failure (https://ci.appveyor.com/project/neothemachine/rawpy/build/1.0.74) where I didn't have any log output, so I wanted to restart the build. The problem is that it seems to schedule a new build based only on the commit id and not the tag information: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/neothemachine/rawpy/build/1.0.75 This of course doesn't help me because I have deploy scripts reacting on the new tag feature. This should be changed such that it really schedules a new identical build using tag information.
