Of you can <a href="https://www.appveyor.com/docs/build-cache/#cache-dependencies">download</a> it on the fly and use, again, with relative path. Path should be relative to the build folder, which is by default (if you do nor run any <code>cd</code> commands during the build) is root of cloned repository.<br>
