Support .appveyor.yml

It would be nice if the appveyor.yml file could (optionally) start with a dot, like .travis.yml. This makes it hidden on UNIX platforms (Mac OS X, Linux), which is preferable since the file is only useful for the CI.

    Hi David,

    You can change the name of appveyor.yml on General tab of project settings.
