Reshraper plugin hosting
Hello.
I am looking for CI service for resharper plugin project, hosted on github. I have already try to build it on AppVeyor, and get an errors. Such as: error MSB4019: The imported project "C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\JetBrains\ReSharper.SDK\v8.0\Plugin.Targets" was not found. Confirm that the path in the <Import> declaration is correct, and that the file exists on disk. Obviously, r# sdk is not installed on build server.
So the question is there the way for me to use AppVeyor?

ReSharper SDK v8.0 has been installed on build servers.
Please let me know if there is anything else missing.
