Control browser on build server

Is there a way to gain control over a browser that is opened by a step in the build script? I have a CLI tool that is trying to authenticate by opening a browser window and ask for login creds. After they are entered, the CLI tool continues. If I could somehow hook into that browser and programmatically enter creds and click the submit button, then I'd be fine. Any ideas?

You can use Selenium web driver to open web browser, fill out the form and submit it. Then continue with that CLI tool.

Look at this code for example: https://github.com/FeodorFitsner/selenium-tests/blob/master/SeleniumTesting/InternetExplorerTests.cs
