Should I see test results?

I'm really sorry if this is a stupid question, but I just now got my project building on the server, and I'm expecting to see tests results. The last part of the log says

[00:02:01] Discovering tests... [00:02:01] OK [00:02:02] Build success

But there are no results under the tests. Did they run? Will I only see results if there were failure?

    I'm an idiot. In the build configuration, the test project wasn't selected to be built. So, obviously, the tests wouldn't be built and couldn't be run.
