how to upgrade chocolatey to latest?

I've attempted several times to update chocolatey in appveyor.yml, but I've having trouble getting past an error.

   Maybe you can just delete its folder and install from scratch?

   Yes, that worked. It would be great if you updated it in the next round of images. It is much improved.

     - ps: rm C:\ProgramData\chocolatey -Recurse -Force
     - ps: iex ((new-object net.webclient).DownloadString('https://chocolatey.org/install.ps1'))
