How to install Windows SDK 15063 for Appveyor

We have a DirectX12 / Vulkan project which requires Windows SDK 15063 and when running a build through Appveyor, I get the error that SDK 15063 is not found. So how would one install it on the Appveyor server machine?

    Can you please try Visual Studio 2017 build worker image and see of this helps? For that either set image: Visual Studio 2017 in your appveyor.yml or configure it in Environment tab in UI.
