Manually clearing cache objects

I have cache objects I don't want to tie to any specific files, but that sometimes end up broken and need to be cleared. Is there a way I can clear these from the control panel?

   You can use some text file as a dependency, for example:

   cache:
   - cached_folder -> cache-version.txt
   

   Then whenever the contents of cache-version.txt is changed the cache will be invalidated.
