How to disable notifications for forks?
If I fork a project that is using AppVeyor with HipChat notifications enabled, and then I enable AppVeyor builds for my fork, how do I disable the notifications for my fork? The notifications don't actually work for my fork, but they do cause this error:
Error sending HipChat notification: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: HipChat authentication token is not
specified.

Even if you use appveyor.yml notifications still can be defined on UI. They will be merged with those ones defined in appveyor.yml.
Other words, maintainer of base project can remove notification settings from appveyor.yml and set them on UI.
