When using a matrix is there any way to run some
step after all the builds and tests for each job succeed?
- How do you tell if all the jobs succeeded?
- And where (in the YML) should I run my script to deploy?
I only want to do this once, and only when all jobs succeed.

All jobs within the build have "equal rights" and its order of execution is generally unknown. I think the only way to do something when the whole build (all jobs) is finished is using webhook notification calling some mediator service which in its turn can start another AppVeyor build.
