How to create a new account and pay for Pro version of software

Hi
I am a new customer and would like to know how to create an Apveyor ID and password. There is nothing obvious offered on your website apart from using Github/Visual Studio account. Also, how do I pay for the subscription. I would like to buy Pro version of Apveyor and pay for 1 year subscription in advance to avail 2 months free offer. Appreciate if you can respond to my email ASAP.
