Appveyor is building over and over!

AppVeyor has been building the same commit over and over and over! My GitHub Releases page is full of old AppVeyor builds of the SAME COMMIT? What am I doing wrong?

    Enable "Do no build on tags" on Generall tab of project settings (or "skip_tags: true" in appveyor.yml).
