Cancel Service - Refund

Hello!

Around 7 or 8 years ago, we had a development company working on our software until we could get our own development team in place. They created a subscription with AppVeyor on our behalf. When the new team started they did not know about this subscription. Our billing/administration team did not know that the subscription was not being used for all this time and kept paying for the subscription.

First, we would like to cancel the subscription. Please let us know how to do that.

Secondly, we would like to respectfully request a refund for at least the most recent charge on 8/24/25 for $590.00. If you can please consider any additional refunds, we would be grateful.

    Hi Lisa,

    Sure, SecureGive account subscription has been cancelled - no further payments - and the last payment of $590 refunded back to your account credit card.
