OpenGL version is outdated?

Hi,

I built glew 1.12.0 and found out from glewinfo that :

---------------------------
    GLEW Extension Info
---------------------------
GLEW version 1.12.0
Reporting capabilities of pixelformat 2
Running on a GDI Generic from Microsoft Corporation
OpenGL version 1.1.0 is supported

So based on that output, appveyor only supports opengl up to 1.1

Is it possible to have OpenGL version >= 3.3 enabled ?
