{timestamp} for build version format

I quite often try initial configuration from web interface using two tabs - one to click "New build" and another to "Save". Sometimes I got this message that build already exists and need to go and increments the number. Which is very annoying. It would be nice to have some {timestamp} in build number to ensure there are no conflicts.

    Yes, you are right. Please watch this issue https://github.com/appveyor/ci/issues/986 which we plan to fix in near future.
