Is it possible to disable tests tab if you have too many tests

The tests tab lists every single test case, even successful tests. This causes huge slowdowns if you have a lot of tests. Is there a setting that can disable this feature? I've tried using my own test script to run xunit but the tests tab still gets updated with all tests. The tests tab stops listing tests after about 30K tests.

You could run a custom test script. Instead of having tests run in 'auto' mode, you can create your own test running script in which you can choose different tests to be output to XML file, then later upload that file to test results endpoint.
    This is all described here

I am using a test script as I wrote above.

I found the solution, xunit auto detects appveyor, but it can be disabled by using the -noautoreporters switch.
