Can env vars be used to specify S3 deploy keys?

Following some advice on this discussion I've attempted to change the way our S3 keys are encoded in AppVeyor by adding global env vars via the UI, but this hits an error still unfortunately.

I just wanted to confirm, is that syntax expected to work? If so, do y'all also have documentation on permissions needed on AWS tokens for S3 deployments?

    This syntax is expected to work. One common error users make is to 'double-encrypt' by first using the data encryption tool on the UI and then also checking the lock icon when entering variables. Is that perhaps what you've done here?

    Ok thanks for the confirmation! While I don't think we suffered a double encryption problem I realized that I may have messed up the keys and copied the wrong thing at some point. I've reset the keys and hopefully it'll work now!
