RDP and project

My questions are:

1. If i import my project from github to appveyor, and i enable RDP VM, when i connect to to VM i have in C:\projects that project with all i need, so if i open solution file and i edit that project will it save somewhere ?

    No, build VM's are ephemeral. They are provisioned just for your build and then destroyed after the build is completed.
