Any way I can change the account used to link with VSTS?

Hi,

We have several projects from VSTS linked using account A. This account is soon to be retired. I'd like these projects to start using account B to fetch the repo's content from VSTS. Is there any way I could do that without setting everything up from scratch on account B (and losing history in the process)?

We can move a project between accounts for you.

You can send a request to [email blocked] from the owner of account A and include the account to which you want the project(s) to be moved.

    Hi,
Can't see the email address. I believe it's because I've posted before setting up an account. In the meantime I've found that if I go to account Settings > Authorizations I get the option to revoke access to VSTS from the current account. I take it that I'll then be able to have someone else authorize access instead. Will this mean the projects we have configured on AppVeyor will reuse the Service Hooks in VSTS under different account and that we'll have both history retained and Service Hook owner changed?

    Hi Chris,

Authorization allows to create service hooks and read repo content. But changing authorization does swap service hooks and account history. We can do that for you. But as Owen said, we need request from the owner of account A with CC to the owner of account B. You can find owner email at https://ci.appveyor.com/account//team.

Ok, thanks. As mentioned I cannot view the email address posted by Owen. It also wasn't visible in the email notification I got when he replied. Selecting "Email us" from Support menu does nothing. Are those by design or am I missing something?
