In Github there is a notification circle (green/amber/red) coming from Appveyor to show the build status.

We have 2 projects configured to run against the same repo, both on master.

However we only get shown the status of one of those in Github (it varies per build which one).

Is there a way to get shown both in Github?

    Hi Martin,

Try setting Custom commit status context in the General Settings in UI. Even if you use YAML, for this setting use UI (it is UI-only for security reason).
