Increase Build Timeout Limit
Hello,
I have been helping Vicente J. Botet Escriba ([email blocked]) with some of the maintenance of Boost.Thread (https://github.com/boostorg/thread). The unit tests for Boost.Thread almost always reach AppVeyor's 1 hour time limit before completing. We would like to request that this timeout be increased to 2 hours (or at least 90 minutes if 2 hours isn't permitted). Our AppVeyor account is https://ci.appveyor.com/project/viboes/thread. No problem. Build timeout has been extended to 90 minutes for
