Install custom Azure SDK extension

How can I install extension to Azure SDK. On my machine I just copy them to C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows Azure.NET SDK\v2.3\bin\plugins folder. But, not sure where such folder would be on the new machine?

    Azure SDK 2.3 is installed and path is same: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows Azure\.NET SDK\v2.3\bin\plugins
