Increase build time limit to 90 minutes

Could the time limit for jdm/mozjs be increased from 60 minutes to 90 minutes? It's a large library, and I want to add a test that cross-compilation works as well, and I'm currently exceeding the time limit by a small amount.

    Sure, it's been extended for jdm account-wide.
