When making a new project I have to choose between git, gitlab and some other choices. Which one can I use for the nuget project.

r.wobbentag:help.appveyor.com,2012-11-13:Comment/423840112017-04-19T19:16:16Z2017-04-19T19:16:16Zcustom nuget repo

This is unrelated to the kind of project you are building. This is mostly related to the location of your repository. You need to make most specific choice, e.g. if your repo is on GitLab, then use GitLab, if it is on GitHub, use GitHub then and so on. Generic choice like Git is intended for Git servers/services which are not supported specifically by AppVeyor and has limited functionality.

Ilya Finkelshteyntag:help.appveyor.com,2012-11-13:Comment/423840112017-04-19T19:55:23Z2017-04-19T19:55:24Zcustom nuget repo

oke, this one can be closed as solved.
