Is there an equivalent in AppVeyor environment of $TRAVIS_COMMIT_RANGE, which essentially represents the range from the last commit on which AppVeyor was run and the current commit? The use cases are, for example, to create a custom script that does something special when certain files changed (e.g., rebuild the docs if .rst changed, etc.).
