How to upgrade Plan?
Sorry if I'm missing something obvious, but I'm not seeing how to upgrade my plan. I figured I'd get in touch because I'm sure you want to make this easy :)
When I go to https://ci.appveyor.com/plan I only see my current plan details, "Cancel Subscription", and Receipts.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

There is currently no upgrade option under the plan (of course you can cancel and subscribe to a new plan but Stripe doesn't put money back to cc and leave them on balance).
I can do upgrade for you from there. Let me know when you are ready to upgrade and to what plan.
