Request to GitHub web hook has been made from prohibited IP address.
I've setup a new GitHub repository and AppVeyor build. At first builds worked and were triggered normally, but starting from today the webhook from GitHub receives a 403 with the message "Request to GitHub web hook has been made from prohibited IP address."

Do you have an idea what's the cause of this?
