Change project slug

Hi there.

I have changed project name and would like to it's URL slug too. Here https://help.appveyor.com/discussions/problems/4692-project-url-not-updated I have found that only you can do it.

Could you please change the URL slug of the project PluginManager to "PluginManager" (match current project name).

   It is exposed via api now. Here is a thread in which i provided a script to another user wanting to do the same.
