Linux Docker image from Windows Visual Studio 2019 Build image?

Hi

We already use AppVeyor for our main .NET CI build.

We would now like to build a smaller section of our software using .Net core. Our plan is to build the dotnet core project targeting linux-x64 and to create a linux docker image using appveyor CI.

Do you support creating linux docker images from Windows build images? If so, could you point me towards some examples/documentation?
