Renewal of premium FOSS plane

Hi,

Our account is ESRF, and our Premium FOSS plane is coming to an end (renewal 06/14/2017).
We would like to renew it. What is the process?
Is the renewal automatic and I shall wait for the invoice, or do I need to request a new plane?
