macOS XCode automation to TestFlight

Hi,

Since macOS environments are now available (https://www.appveyor.com/blog/2019/11/20/build-macos-projects-with-appveyor/), has anyone had any experience with automating builds with XCode? We are very interested in running builds in XCode, creating archives and then uploading them to our Apple Developer TestFlight account. I, however, have no idea where to start working on this.

Has anyone started looking into this or have any links to share?
