PowerShell 7.0.1

PowerShell 7 got a recent release with several bug fixes, including a critical one in how it loads DLLs. Needing this in AppVeyor to properly test my PowerShell module under both FullCLR and CoreCLR.

Please consider quickly upgrading PowerShell 7 to 7.0.1 in the VS2019 image.
