How to add the results of SCRIPT tests?
No matter if the are failing or working the UI is showing "The build job has not produced any test results. ", the results are only seen on the Console window.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

If your test results are in one of supported formats, you should be able to upload xml results

Checking the docs only specific XML formats are supported. I've created an issue to support the log files that are created by autotest (autconf) test suites at https://github.com/appveyor/ci/issues/1631
