Increase build time limit to 90 minutes

Hi, guys!
I am maintaining an OSS project (https://ci.appveyor.com/project/dismi_/valentina), recent versions of Qt require more time to build. 1 hour is no longer enough. Can you increase the limit to 90 minutes?
