Restarting a single job in the matrix

It seems like to restart a build you need to cancel, which cancels all jobs, then you can re-build the commit, which starts all jobs again.

It would be really useful to be able to restart just a single job. Am I missing this feature or is this not possible right now?

My motivation is to be able to restart a single job that might have failed due to a network blip. Any restarting all jobs is not ideal if they take a long time to run and you are on an account that does not have support for concurrent builds (the case with this project I help with: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/brianreavis/node-gdal/build/439).
