Why are my builds getting stuck at the queued stage?
Our RSpec builds seem to all be getting stuck at the queued stage. Looking at https://ci.appveyor.com/projects I'm seeing ~50 queued builds (some as old as a month old) and one in-progress build:
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/myronmarston/rspec-support/build/56...
...but it's been running for 257 hours, 46 minutes. The console for that build doesn't show anything so I have no idea why it's stuck.
Why are our builds all getting stuck at the queued stage? And is there no timeout on AppVeyor builds to prevent runaway builds from running for 10+ days?

I've reset all pending builds. Start a new one.

Thanks. Do you know how things got in that state? Is there anything that can be done, either at your end or mine, to prevent it from happening again?

That's a problem on our end - most probably because of recent Azure outage.

This is happening to us again. We have a build that's been running for 80+ hours and there's no console output and it's blocking all of our other builds. Here's the build that's stuck:
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/rspec/rspec-core/build/299/job/jw53...
I manually cancelled the build, but the rest of our builds are still stuck in the queued stage. Can you work your magic again to fix it?

This one is currently running: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/rspec/rspec-core/build/300
There is "more" button at the bottom of builds history page.
