I've enabled AppVeyor on a project that already had PRs. How can I trigger a CI build?

I think this is what you need: http://www.appveyor.com/docs/api/projects-builds#start-build-pr

You can use Postman (or Fiddler, or CURL, ...) to send request.

Yeah, that would work. But I was more looking for a button in the UI that says "Upgrade existing PRs" that essentially queues builds for existing PRs that weren't built yet.

Yeah, button is not there yet.

Do you want me to file an issue under https://github.com/appveyor/ci/issues?
