Support for Silverlight 4 available?

Hi,

I have a project (gcw8uf9lhqaefni9) that uses Silverlight 4 and I get build error
"The Silverlight 4 SDK is not installed."

Is there any Chance to add Silverlight 4 to the build machines?

   I have a Windows Phone 8.0 build that fails with a similar error message "C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft\WindowsPhone\v8.0\Microsoft.WindowsPhone.Common.targets(110,5): error : The Silverlight 4 SDK is not installed."

   Should it still be possible to build for Windows Phone 8.0, or do I need to remove this build target? Windows Phone 8.0 seems to be needed for Xamarin Forms apps...

   We'll deploy Silverlight 4 SDK back to all images. It was probably regressed because VS 2013 Express editions were replaced with VS 2013 CE.
