Urls like {username-orgname/repo}
Guys, it is possible to get build urls not like now:
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/{appveyor-username}/{appveyor-projectname}/build/4
But something like this:
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/github/{github-username-or-orgname}/{repo}/build/4

AppVeyor projects are not mapped to GitHub repositories as 1:1, but any GH repository could have one or more associated projects in AV.
