Azure Websites Integration
It would be awesome if I could pick from a list of existing azure websites when setting up a deployment for an app.

This way AppVeyor will have to ask for Azure subscription ID and certificate, very much like Azure CS provider does. Probably, it makes sense to do centralized Azure certificates management in the future to cover such scenarios.
