Test script get deleted when we toggle off then save and re-toggle on

Hi,

Currently, we have a before and after test script to start and stop mongodb. Some-times, we randomly want to turn these off for a few runs then turn them back on.

When we toggle the script off and save, the next time that we toggle it back on, the last script that we used is no longer there. It would be nice if the IDE retains the last script used.

    Will add an issue for that.

    In the meantime, move to appveyor.yml! ;)
