Add ability to declare environments in .yml file
I'm not sure if this is possible or not, as I haven't seen a way to do it in your documentation. Currently the Environment provider for deployments requires you to define the environment via the WebUI. It would be nice if this was also possible to define in the appveyor.yml file, similar to how you can define the other environment types that get an automatic deployment.

That's correct "Agent" environment is a special one that cannot be defined in YML right now. It's still unclear how to better visualize multi-server deployments, i.e. agents with the same access key.
