SFTP Support

FTP+SSL / FTPS is not a very secure protocol. Would you consider supporting SCP and/or SFTP? You can use Putty's Windows command line utilities for SCP and SFTP, or you can use OpenSSL for Windows for the same purpose.

    Yeah, and there is a managed library for that: https://github.com/appveyor/ci/issues/24

    Can't give any ETA yet, but don't think it's a complex task.

    Btw, what FTP server do you use there?
